I am a holistic creative wellness practitioner specializing in personal responsibility through behavioural & expressive healing modalities.

I facilitate empowerment for struggling & frustrated creatives so that you can embrace your shadow, establish self-acceptance, reignite your passion, achieve balance & evolve into alignment with your truest, highest self.

Conscious Thought Creative offers online creative wellness coaching sessions, classes and downloadable materials for self help.
​
I have been professionally certified in wellness coaching, creative expressive therapeutic practices, psychology, graphic design, editing, arts & business. I am a self-taught artist and have been drawing and painting since I was a child.
​
My favourite self-care activities are petting cats, gardening, reading, learning, making artwork, refinishing and reupholstering furniture, fixing things, writing, spending time with animals and being in nature.​
​
